Alison Krauss

Alison Krauss' first taste of fame as a fiddler was in 1990. She was 19 years old and was awarded the Grammy award in the category of Best Bluegrass Album. The third album of Krauss, I've Got That Old Feeling won her the honor even though she was barely 19 years of age. Too Late To Cry is her first album. It was released in Champaign Illinois in the year she was 16. When she was 14, she signed a deal for her debut album with Rounder Records - one of the most revered folk music labels. Her achievements even at a young age, as well as her ability to play the guitar, are consistently confirmed by the fact that she's kept her commitment to bluegrass music - one of the oldest and least well-known musical genres. Krauss was a mature artist and producer having become a teen sensation. Alison Alison Alison
